Repeat Delivery is a subscription service that delivers pet supplies directly to your front door for added convenience and exclusive savings—including 10% on all brands.
Set up is easy:
Find the item you want on Repeat Delivery.
Select how often you would like it delivered. Your first order ships immediately.
Set it and forget it. You'll receive an email reminder 3 days before your next order is due and a handy payment link to place your order on your due date.
Can I change how often I get my Repeat Delivery?
Yes! You can update your next order date, skip, pause or cancel your subscription at any time with your special URL link. Your link can be found in all your Repeat Delivery email communications from us. Simply search ‘VetX Repeat Delivery’ in your inbox.
Can I change the items in my Repeat Delivery subscription?
Yes! You can change the quantity or remove an item by clicking “Edit Item” on the subscription detail screen. You can also add one-time extras to your next Repeat Delivery order.
Can I create a Repeat Delivery for my pet's veterinary diet food?
Yes! Veterinary diet food items which require veterinary approval prior to delivery can be scheduled for repeat delivery. Your pet needs an active prescription from our local vet, Dr Stefan Claasen at VetX Veterinary Clinic, prior to ordering and receiving the food.
Will I get the lowest available price as a Repeat Delivery member?
Yes! As a subscriber, you'll always get the lowest price available from VetX.online at the time of your order.
Do add-on items ship free?
Yes! Repeat Delivery subscribers in Cape Town get free shipping on all Repeat Delivery orders over R1000 – including all one time add-on items.
